Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven professional to serve as our Manager of Strategic Partnerships & Community Engagement.
This is not a traditional marketing role. This position is responsible for building, activating, and monetizing strategic relationships that drive new patient acquisition, brand positioning, and long-term referral pipelines.
The ideal candidate is deeply connected within Edmonton’s professional and/or high-net-worth communities and has a proven track record of generating business through relationships.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnerships & Business Development- Identify, establish, and manage high-value referral partnerships with:
- Physicians and healthcare providers
- Real estate professionals (luxury segment)
- Wealth advisors and private client professionals
- Fitness, wellness, and lifestyle operators
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that translate into measurable client conversions
Community & Brand Representation- Represent Zia Group at high-level networking events, private gatherings, and curated experiences
- Build brand credibility within affluent and professional communities
- Act as a trusted ambassador capable of articulating Zia’s value proposition with confidence and sophistication
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth- Drive a consistent pipeline of qualified, high-value clients
- Track, report, and optimize conversion metrics from all partnerships and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless client experience
Event Strategy & Execution- Conceptualize and host exclusive, high-impact events (e.g., private dinners, educational sessions, VIP experiences)
- Leverage events to deepen relationships and drive referrals
Qualifications & Experience- Proven track record of performance in a relationship-driven sales or business development role (required)
- Existing network within Edmonton’s professional, medical, or high-net-worth communities (strongly preferred)
- Background in one or more of the following is considered an asset:
- Medical or pharmaceutical sales
- Luxury real estate
- Private banking / wealth management
- High-end fitness or wellness industries
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Generate revenue through partnerships and referrals
- Build trust quickly with sophisticated clientele
- Operate independently with a results-oriented mindset
