About the RoleThe Business Development & Marketing Coordinator will support our growth initiatives in India by driving high-quality prospect research, outreach coordination, CRM discipline, marketing support, and business administration.
This role is ideal for a candidate who combines strong execution skills with commercial awareness. You will work closely with leadership and internal teams, helping to improve outreach effectiveness, strengthen lead management, support proposals and client engagement, and contribute to scalable business processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation- Research and identify B2B prospects in target industries, including automotive, aerospace, medical devices, consumer products, and industrial manufacturing
- Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, directories, industry sources, and lead generation tools
- Identify decision-makers, verify contact details, and conduct outbound email and phone outreach
- Generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-up
- Track prospects through the pipeline and support efficient outreach workflows
Marketing & Sales Support- Prepare and update presentations, proposals, sales decks, company profiles, and marketing materials
- Support email campaigns, social media coordination, and other digital marketing activities
- Ensure client-facing materials are accurate, professional, and delivered on time
- Assist with campaign and outreach reporting, including results and next steps
CRM Management & Reporting- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for leads, contacts, meetings, follow-ups, and opportunity stages
- Ensure timely updates to support visibility into sales and outreach activity
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, outreach performance, meeting outcomes, and campaign support
Coordination & Administrative Support- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and schedules with internal teams and external prospects
- Support leadership with follow-up tracking, meeting preparation, and business development coordination
- Organize sales, marketing, and project documents in a structured manner
- Assist with day-to-day coordination and ad hoc operational support
- Contribute to improving outreach, documentation, and coordination processes
Success MeasuresPerformance in this role will be evaluated based on execution quality, consistency, and contribution to business growth. Key indicators may include:
