Job OverviewAce Annison Ltd. is hiring a Marketing & Business Operations Intern to support digital marketing, website content, SEO, and business operations for a growing B2B company.
This is a hands‑on, part‑time role ideal for senior students or recent graduates looking to gain real marketing experience while working on live projects in a business environment.
Duties- Assist with digital marketing and online content updates
- Support website developement using built‑in AI tools
- Help with content creation, copywriting, and messaging updates
- Assist with SEO tasks such as keyword research and on‑page updates
- Help set up and manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google
- Assist with marketing materials, ads, and basic visuals
- Support trade show and event preparation, including research, materials, logistics, and follow‑up
- Organize files and documents using Microsoft Office 365
- Use modern digital tools and AI‑assisted platforms to support daily work
- Perform other related tasks as assigned, consistent with the scope of the role.
Qualifications- Final year undergraduate student, graduate student, or recent graduate
- Studying marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and e-commerce platforms
- Experience with digital marketing tools, website platforms, or AI tools is an asset
- Strong English written communication skills with attention to detail
- German language skills are a plus
- Ability to analyze data using analytics tools to derive actionable insights
- Creative mindset with an interest in digital trends and online advertising strategies
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with digital marketing tools, website platforms, or AI tools is an an asset
Pay$18.00-$20.00 per hour
