The MissionTo shape, execute, and protect the Align brand voice and visual identity, ensuring our digital and physical presence is as elevated as our client experience.
The Perks- The Salary: $27–$32 per hour, or $55,000 annually.

The Role in 30 SecondsYou are the Voice and Vision of the Align brand. This isn't just a "social media job"—you are a strategic architect bridging the gap between big-picture goals and tactical execution. You own the content calendar, the visual assets, and the digital user journey. You ensure that every email, Instagram story, and in-clinic sign complies with branding guidelines and is polished, compliant, and undeniably "Aligned."
Are You Our Person?- Creative Powerhouse: You have a "Level 10" eye for design and a gift for storytelling. You can jump into Canva or a video editor and utilize AI tools as needed to produce luxury-grade content in minutes, not days.
- Strategic & Self-Governing: You don't wait for a creative brief. You anticipate upcoming campaigns, organize them in airtable, identify content gaps, and build/upkeep systems to keep the engine running smoothly.
- Detail & Compliance Obsessed: You understand the nuance of luxury medical branding. You catch the typos, you honor the brand voice, and you ensure our messaging is always compliant and high-integrity.
- No Ego, High Impact: You are a proactive collaborator who can translate clinician expertise into accessible, beautiful content. You thrive on feedback and are always looking for ways to improve efficiency.
What You'll Drive- Brand & Creative Direction: Own the brand guidelines. You are the filter for all visuals and copy, ensuring they hit our "Boutique-Spa-Clinical" vibe across all platforms.
- Content Strategy & Production: Plan and execute the full content lifecycle—from quarterly hero campaigns to daily social reels and SEO-optimized web copy.
- Digital & In-Person Excellence: Keep our physical and digital storefront (merchandising, website, landing pages, email, social media) optimized for conversion and clarity, collaborating with SEO partners to keep us at the top of our game and be Google Analytics savvy so you can read and analyze the data to make continual digital marketing improvements.
- Process & System Innovation: Build repeatable templates and workflows. You'll identify what can be delegated and ensure our creative files are organized and accessible.
The Weekly Pulse (Approx. 32–40 Hours)- Content Creation & Design (Canva/Video/Copy): ~16 hours
- Strategy, Planning & Content Calendars: ~8 hours
- Web, SEO & Email Optimization: ~6 hours
- Collaboration & CEO Strategy Updates: ~2–5 hours

The Non-Negotiables- Creative Portfolio: Proven experience in design (Canva mastery a must), copywriting, and short-form video production.
- Strategic Maturity: Ability to manage a complex content calendar and multiple stakeholders independently.

- GTA Presence: While some work can be remote, you must be able to get to our Mississauga and Toronto locations for content captures, team collaborations, and seasonal merchandising.
