Job Description:DEPARTMENT OVERVIEWMarketing Learning & Colleague Experience is part of the Marketing Strategy, Operations & Enablement Team responsible for supporting cross-functional Marketing teams, or projects, and the execution of Integrated Marketing programs.
Co-op and Internship opportunities allow you to gain valuable work experience across a number of businesses at TD. JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Marketing Learning & Colleague Experience Intern/Co-op will manage projects focused on learning programs, support initiatives for business management and colleague experience. They will need a strong understanding of marketing communications and the ability to adhere to TD's marketing standards and strategies.
- Learning: Support and operationalize the Marketing Academy learning strategy, ensuring it is impactful and aligned with the TD Marketing Team's goals. Support with planning, logistics, and deployment of key learning programs for Marketing colleagues. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and find meaningful ways to deliver engaging content to cultivate inspired, modern marketers.
- Business Management Support: Support Business Management efforts including Marketing premises and key business operations including day-to-day operations/on-site needs/requirements, on/offboard management, admin support model, and ad hoc requests.
- Colleague Experience & Enablement: Support with the planning, logistics and deployment of colleague experience programs and enablement tactics. Enhancing the culture of Marketing & Customer Experience so that our colleagues are united in a common objective. Removing barriers impacting Operational Excellence to improve the Colleague Experience ("make it easy").
- Build and Protect the Brand: Understand and support the TD brand, designed for a positive customer experience across internal and external customers and colleagues.
- Analysis and Problem Solving: Leveraging data to make recommendations and drive action. Use critical thinking to identify root problems, engage stakeholders from different groups, gather data, and draw insights to support execution.
- Influencing and relationship management: Build and manage relationships across Business Lines, Marketing Partners, Legal and Compliance, and other internal teams to deliver effective Marketing programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution with an undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field; with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term.
- Self-driven and highly motivated, with excellent organizational and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively in both team settings and when working independently.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully execute assignments and manage projects from start to finish.
- Keen attention to detail and skilled at prioritizing and handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Resourceful, able to identify challenges, propose solutions, and make sound decisions in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong relationship-building and management capabilities to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
