About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Consultant with 10+ years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their consulting career who wants to gain hands-on experience implementing and supporting D365 solutions in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with senior consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality ERP/CRM solutions.
Responsibilities- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Sales, or Customer Service modules)
- Support business requirements gathering and documentation
- Help configure workflows, reports, and dashboards in D365
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support
- Participate in testing, deployment, and user training activities
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integrations
- Work closely with clients to understand business needs
Requirements- 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or ERP)
- Basic understanding of D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, or Supply Chain)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of business processes (sales, finance, or operations)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment
Nice to Have- Microsoft certifications
- Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Exposure to Azure or integration tools
- Consulting or client-facing experience
