• Will be working remotely in alternating facilities in the Hamilton area
• Must have (or be eligible to obtain) a Unique Provider Identification Number
• Respect confidentiality and privacy
• Assesses medical and dental history
• Complete all assessments of the condition of teeth and gums
• Screen for oral diseases and oral cancer
• Explain treatment to all clients and caregivers
• Discuss all concerns with supervisor for possible referral for treatment
• Discuss oral health with all clients and caregivers
• Develop a personalized care plan for oral disease prevention
• Explain to clients and caregivers how dental hygiene can help to have a healthy mouth and body
• Offer Clients and caregivers safe, effective dental hygiene therapies that restore gum health and prevent cavities and gum disease
• Create and complete detailed notes and charting
• Practice IPAC standards infection control

Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7.0 – 21.0 per week
