B-Line Tire & Auto Supply Ltd. is a distribution company specializing in tire supplies, shop equipment, tools and accessories as well as automotive/car wash supplies. The company was founded in 1985 and it has grown to become an industry leader in tire machines, balancers, and automotive lifts.

B-Line Tire & Auto Supply is looking for self motivated team members willing to take the initiative to be successful. The service support technician is responsible, with the aid of our coordinators, for the successful delivery, installation and training of this automotive equipment.

• Working with other service technicians, customers and outside sales reps to assist with properly troubleshooting and diagnosing performance issues with automotive equipment.
• Identifying parts required for repairs and maintenance of automotive equipment
• Familiarizing yourself with products, parts and sku numbers
• Maintaining and growing customer relationships
• Cleaning and refurbishing trade in equipment to prepare for resale
• Assembly, installation and PDI of various equipment
• Inspecting equipment for safety defects
• Filling out digital service work orders on a mobile phone complete with pictures and accurate description of work
• Training customers on proper use of multiple brands of tire changers and wheel balancers
• Loading and Unloading of automotive equipment
• Familiarity with pulling flat deck trailers

The successful candidate should have experience with repairs and maintenance and general mechanical aptitude as well as familiarity with material handling equipment (ie - forklift) and power/hand tools. The hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. This position will require occasional OT and travel out of town with notice.
