Student Storage (www.studentstoragepros.com) helps university students store their belongings over the summer. We handle everything - delivering boxes before move-out, picking up their packed items, and returning them in the fall. We work across campuses in Canada and are growing fast.

We're looking for reliable, physically fit individuals to join our move-out crew for the late April–May 2026 season at Dalhouise University. You'll be picking up students' packed boxes and miscellaneous items from their residences and transporting them to our storage facility - helping hundreds of students make move-out day stress-free.

This is a short-term, part-time, seasonal gig (April – October). ideal if you have a vehicle and you're looking to earn extra income on a flexible schedule.

• Picking up packed moving boxes and belongings from student residences on scheduled move-out days
• Transporting items safely to the designated storage facility
• Coordinating pickup times with our on-campus Operations Coordinator
• Confirming completed pickups via our platform
• Keeping students informed and maintaining a professional, friendly attitude throughout

• Shifts run primarily late April through early May 2026
• Non-peak days: lighter volume (your own vehicle, mileage reimbursed)
• Peak days: we provide a cube van for high-volume days
• You'll receive your schedule at least 48 hours in advance
• Estimated 1–2 days per week during the season

• Physically fit — comfortable lifting and carrying boxes up to ~50 lbs
• Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Punctual, reliable, and professional
• Good communicator — you'll be working with students and an on-campus coordinator
• No prior moving experience required — we'll train you

• Hourly pay: $20.00 - $22.00
• Mileage reimbursement on days you use your own vehicle
• Cube van provided on peak move-out days (no fuel cost to you)
• Flexible short-term commitment — great for spring earners
• Paid via e-transfer within 3–5 business days of each shift
