Job Summary:GDI Ainsworth is seeking a highly analytical Preventative Maintenance & Contract Quotation Specialist to lead pricing and quotation activities for preventative maintenance contracts, renewals, amendments, and capital planning initiatives. This role develops accurate and profitable pricing strategies, builds standardized pricing frameworks, and performs detailed data analysis to support margin discipline and operational alignment. The Specialist partners closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and other teams to ensure pricing accuracy, contract performance, and strong commercial governance across national and strategic client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead pricing and estimating for HVAC preventative maintenance contracts, renewals, and capital initiatives
- Develop accurate estimates based on field conditions, labor models, assets, and scope
- Support national account bids across multi-site and multi-region portfolios
- Identify pricing risks and adjust for profitability
- Perform quoted vs. actual analysis to improve pricing accuracy
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align pricing with delivery
- Develop and standardize estimating tools, templates, and processes
- Direct exposure to national accounts and complex portfolios
- Blend of field experience, estimating, and commercial strategy
- High visibility with senior leadership

Qualifications:- 5+ years HVAC experience (service, estimating, or sales)
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance programs
- Experience with service agreements or contract pricing preferred
- Ability to translate field knowledge into accurate pricing
- Strong communication and commercial acumen
The salary range is $75,000 to $100,000 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data. The base salary is just one component of Ainsworth’s total compensation package, which also includes additional rewards and benefits such as short-term incentives and health insurance, among others.
