We are currently seeking an experienced, driven, and highly organized National Operations Manager to join our leadership team.
This is not a standard operations role. This position is critical to the success of our company and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex challenges, and takes pride in leading teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
About the RoleAs National Operations Manager, you will oversee operational performance across multiple locations throughout Alberta and Canada. You will play a key leadership role in coordinating production flow, supporting team performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service from start to finish.

This position requires flexibility and commitment, including availability during evenings and weekends throughout our busiest months (June–December).
Key Responsibilities- Oversee vehicle production flow in Calgary and additional locations as required
- Coordinate technicians, support staff and sublet vendors
- Ensure all repairs meet company quality control standards
- Educate customers on repair timelines and processes
- Create and manage supplements using Mitchell/Qapter
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively
- Address customer concerns and comeback issues professionally
- Enforce company procedures and operational standards
- Oversee parts logistics
- Travel throughout Alberta and Canada as required
QualificationsPreferred candidates will possess most of the following:
- 10+ years of professional work experience
- 5+ years of leadership, operations, or administrative management experience
- Operations experience within the auto body/collision repair industry
- Previous estimating experience in collision repair, insurance, or appraisal environments
- Strong customer service and/or sales background
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability and willingness to travel for extended periods
Skills & Attributes- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, especially via phone and text communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Mitchell and Qapter systems
- Hands-on, motivated, team-oriented leadership style
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude
- Commitment to supporting team communication seven days per week
- Availability during evenings and weekends when production demands require it
- Bilingual French considered an asset
