Live Peace 24/7 Seniors Home Care Corp. is seeking a motivated and outgoing Community Engagement & Networking Specialist to help build and strengthen relationships within the healthcare and senior care community across British Columbia. This role is ideal for students, recent graduates, or individuals interested in developing a career in healthcare, community outreach, senior care, or business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, senior care homes, assisted living facilities, physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare organizations.
- Attend community events, networking functions, health fairs, and industry gatherings to promote the organization's services.
- Identify and cultivate partnership and referral opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally within the community.
- Support outreach initiatives that increase awareness of our home care services.
- Maintain records of networking activities and community contacts; report to the Manager.
Qualification:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with public speaking and community engagement.
- Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system is an asset.
- Experience working with seniors or within the healthcare sector is an asset.
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence or access to reliable transportation. (Must)
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout British Columbia. (Must)
Compensation and Future opportunity:On-call position. (5 to 6 hours weekly) Starting wage: $19.00 per hour Flexible opportunity to gain valuable experience in the healthcare and senior care sector
