THE ROLEYou aren't just selling a "service"—you are selling talent solutions and strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for hunting new customers and opening doors within a wide range of businesses from family owned, mid-market to enterprise sectors. You must be innovative in your approach, utilizing modern prospecting techniques to bypass the noise of the bigger, slower agencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Growth: Own the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to closing the deal.
- Entrepreneurial Hunting: Self-originate opportunities through outbound prospecting, leveraging your own network and SNC’s boutique brand.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Consult with HR leaders and business owners to understand their pain points and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Speed & Grit: Operate effectively in a high-velocity environment where your income is directly tied to your executional excellence.
- Maintain Momentum: Manage your own pipeline and forecasting with total autonomy.

- Experience: Ideally, 5+ years of experience in recruitment sales. You know the industry, you have the contacts, and you know how to close.
- Communicator: You possess exceptional listening and interpersonal skills, building trust quickly in a remote environment.
