Front Office Cum Billing Executive & Clinic Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare or dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of medical and dental office procedures. This role involves managing front desk activities, supervising staff, and ensuring a smooth patient experience while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Experience with electronic medical records and dental management software such as Dentrix is essential. The Front Office Manager will play a key role in fostering an efficient, welcoming environment that supports both patient satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, and billing processes
- Supervise front office staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations
- Manage patient records using electronic medical records systems and Dentrix software
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and billing procedures
- Coordinate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication
- Handle patient inquiries, resolve complaints, and promote excellent customer service
- Assist with human resources functions such as staffing schedules and employee onboarding
- Maintain accurate documentation related to office operations, budgeting, and inventory management
- Support administrative tasks including insurance verification, coding, and billing processes
- Implement office policies to improve efficiency and patient experience
Qualifications- Proven experience in dental or medical office management or administration
- Strong knowledge of Dentrix or similar dental management software; experience with electronic medical records systems is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of human resources practices including staffing, training, and performance management
- Experience with budgeting and financial oversight within a healthcare environment
- Background in hospital or acute care settings is advantageous but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with patients, staff, and vendors
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
