Medical Office Administrator & Client Service Executives
We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional front desk support, manage patient interactions, and ensure smooth office operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with electronic medical records, and experience in a medical or dental office setting. The Medical Office Assistant will be a vital point of contact for patients and staff, contributing to a positive healthcare experience.
Duties- Greet patients and visitors professionally at the front desk
- Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages
- Maintain and update electronic medical records using systems such as Epic and Dentrix
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing procedures
- Prepare patient charts and ensure all necessary documentation is complete
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up appointments
- Support the dental or medical team with clerical duties as needed
- Ensure the reception area remains organized, clean, and welcoming
Qualifications- Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist or Medical Office Assistant preferred
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems such as Epic and Dentrix
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures
- Experience working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, including dental or medical offices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous office experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: $17.20-$26.05 per hour
