We're expanding into Canada and looking for an Ontario-based Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team. This is an early-stage opportunity with genuine scope to grow alongside the clinic.
The roleAs a Nurse Practitioner at Hormn, you'll deliver safe, effective, and patient-centred TRT care in a modern telehealth setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Consulting with patients online, reviewing medical histories, bloodwork, and health questionnaires, and providing evidence-based assessments with a focus on men's health and testosterone replacement therapy.
- Designing and managing personalised TRT treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting care to achieve the best outcomes.
- Practising within a compliance-focused framework, adhering to all regulatory, ethical, and clinical governance requirements relevant to NP prescribing in Ontario.
- Collaborating with the broader clinical team and contributing to continuous improvement in how men's health is delivered across Canada.
What you'll bring- Registration as a Nurse Practitioner (RN-EC) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), including prescribing authority for controlled substances.
- Full working rights in Canada. No sponsorship available.
- Availability of 1–5 hours per week initially, with a genuine interest in scaling hours as the clinic grows.
- Telehealth experience and comfort working in a digital-first model with electronic medical records and online consultations.
- Solid understanding of prescribing responsibilities and clinical governance under Ontario's NP scope of practice.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build patient rapport in a virtual setting.
- A patient-centred approach focused on safe, effective, and evidence-based care.
