Join Our Team as a Office Administrator / Receptionist!We are looking for an organized, detail oriented person who enjoys working with people. This role is an important part of our operation, supporting both our sales and install crews. You will handle customer communications, scheduling, and general office tasks that help keep our day to day running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:- Answering phone calls, emails, and website inquiries
- Welcoming customers with a friendly manner and helping with early stage questions
- Scheduling sales/install appointments and keeping calendars updated
- Providing administrative support to sales and install teams
- Completing clerical tasks like filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Invoicing
Preferred Experience:- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using jobber or a similar CRM software
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Excel
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask
