We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and assist with marketing and social media management across our businesses.
This is a part-time position, with the potential for increased hours based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow social media platforms
- Perform general administrative duties (emails, scheduling, document management)
- Support day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate with team members and assist with ongoing projects
Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Adobe tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Comfortable using and managing social media platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
