Brantco Construction has a full-time position for an OFFICE ASSISTANT/ PAYROLL to start working ASAP. Applicant must be a recent College/University graduate and have a minimum 1 year experience working in an office.
Responsibilities and Duties- Verify the timesheets and process full-cycle weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll
- Organize and maintain employee and payroll files
- Prepare and submit the ROE's
- Monthly remittance of benefits
- Complete year-end processing of payroll
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications- Must have strong math skill
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, time management, and high level of organizational skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with payroll, A/R, A/P and Sage 300 software would be an asset

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
