OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team! This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries while working on site.
Duties- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with etiquette and professionalism
- Assist customers with rentals, merchant purchases and billing inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and timely
- Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry and maintaining detailed customer interactions for U-haul and CWSS
- Available for minimum 1-2 days during the week with alternating weekend shifts
- Class 5 driver's license
- Can work outside and inside the office
- Proficient in English speaking and writting
- Computer and smart phone skills an asset
Experience- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with phone, computer and clerical duties is essential for success in this position
- Strong typing skills to ensure efficient data entry and communication.
- Ability to work independently
