OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager who can own our accounting functions and support project operations in a fast-paced construction/landscaping environment.
What You'll Do- Manage and update company policies and HR-related documentation
- Coordinate legal filings and communication with counsel
- Handle full-cycle accounting using Sage 50 Cloud
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Prepare and monitor the daily, weekly and long-term cash flow
- Maintain advanced Excel reporting and capital expenditure tracking
- Verify subcontractor/supplier pricing and support project budgeting
- Support project activities by ordering locates and assembling complete project documentation packages
- Build Payment Certificate spreadsheets and track project actuals vs estimates
What You Bring- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong Sage 50 Cloud and Excel skills
- Full-cycle accounting experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to set priorities, take initiative, and solve problems independently
- Professional communication and the ability to work well with all team members
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Sound judgment and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
