- Follow up with internal staff to ensure commitments are met and work continues to progress.
- Monitor client communications and translate them into clear action items.
- Identify and flag risks related to scope, timelines, and budgets early.
- Support proposal coordination by gathering inputs and keeping materials organized.
Workload & Capacity Planning- Work with technical managers to keep task lists current and priorities aligned.
- Track staff availability against active and upcoming projects.
- Flag over-allocation or capacity gaps early and help rebalance workloads.
- Ensure team members are clear on priorities and sequencing of work.
Budget Tracking- Monitor project budgets against actuals and flag variances.
- Keep leadership informed on projects trending over budget.
- Support technical leads in tracking progress against budget throughout project lifecycles.
Document & Operational Support- Assist with preparation of client deliverables and internal reports.
- Help review report details for completeness, consistency, formatting, and alignment with project requirements.
- Maintain organized project documentation and tracking systems.
- Support internal initiatives and broader business operations as needed.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with precision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, accountable, and comfortable following up to drive outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership without constant direction.
- Experienced with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with budget tracking or project reporting is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort reviewing documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
