GWM Inc is seeking a highly organized and articulate Office Support Assistant with strong writing and communication skills. This role is ideal for a recent college or university graduate who excels in content creation, professional writing, and administrative support. The successful candidate will assist with daily office operations while producing high-quality written materials that support our internal processes, marketing efforts, and client communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Writing & Communication- Write and edit professional emails, letters, proposals, and reports
- Create clear and engaging content for training manuals, SOPs, and staff documentation
- Assist with writing website content, social media posts, and marketing materials
- Draft internal communications and announcements for staff and management
- Ensure all written materials meet company standards for clarity, tone, and accuracy
Administrative Support- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Assist with scheduling, staff coordination, and daily office tasks
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support payroll preparation and employee record updates
- Prepare forms, templates, and documentation as needed
Operational & Team Support- Assist in preparing training materials and onboarding documents
- Support management with meeting notes, agendas, and follow-ups
- Coordinate communication between office staff, cleaners, and clients.
Qualifications- College or university graduate (English, Communications, Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent command of grammar, spelling, and professional communication
- Proficient with computers, email, and office software
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Experience with content writing, administrative work, or customer service is an asset
- Familiarity with CRM systems or digital tools is an advantage.
