About LingoAceLingoAce is a global EdTech company offering high-quality online learning programs for children. We are continuing to grow our North American market and are looking for a motivated Online Education Sales Representative to help introduce our online courses, especially math programs, to families across the U.S. and Canada.
About the RoleThis role is focused on speaking with prospective families, understanding their learning needs, and helping them choose the right online course for their child. The ideal candidate is comfortable with sales conversations, enjoys connecting with parents, and is interested in online education.
This is a remote role open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.
What You’ll Do- Connect with prospective families and introduce LingoAce’s online learning programs
- Focus primarily on promoting and selling online math courses to the North American market
- Understand each family’s needs and recommend suitable course options
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, text, or other communication channels
- Guide families through the enrollment process and help convert interest into paid registration
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Work with internal teams to share market feedback and improve the parent experience
- Meet individual sales and enrollment goals
What We’re Looking For- 1+ year of experience in sales, education sales, enrollment advising, customer service, or a related role
- Strong interest in online education and working with families
- Comfortable speaking with parents and explaining course value clearly
- Strong English communication skills; native or near-native English preferred
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable with follow-up, sales targets, and performance-based goals
- Experience selling education programs, tutoring, enrichment classes, or online courses is a plus
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in EdTech, tutoring, after-school programs, or K-12 education services
- Familiarity with the North American parent/student market
- Experience selling math, STEM, or academic enrichment programs
- Bilingual ability is a plus, but not required
CompensationStarting from $60,000 CAD annually for Canadian -based candidates
Additional performance-based incentives may be available based on sales results.
