OverviewWe’re looking for someone who can step in and support our online customers with confidence and clarity. This role is a mix of customer service, product support, and light e-commerce maintenance. If you’re comfortable on the phone, organized, and have a bit of mechanical sense, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do- Take incoming calls and assist customers navigating our online store
- Explain product details clearly and help customers select the right items
- Provide basic troubleshooting support related to products and applications
- Maintain and update the online store (product photos, pricing checks, etc.)
- Monitor competitor pricing and flag inconsistencies or opportunities
- Review advertising performance and provide practical suggestions for improvement
- Work closely with the team to ensure accurate product information and a smooth customer experience
What We’re Looking For- Strong communication skills (clear, direct, and helpful on the phone)
- Comfortable working with computers and online systems
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to learn product lines quickly
Bonus (not required, but valuable):- Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience with equipment/parts
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or online sales
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting or technical support
