Job OverviewEcogest North America Inc. is seeking a reliable and motivated Operations Assistant to support the Chief Operations Manager in daily business activities. This role combines field operations, client interaction, and office coordination, making it ideal for someone with landscaping experience who enjoys both outdoor and administrative work.
The successful candidate will assist with operational planning, visit job sites, communicate with clients, and help ensure projects run efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Accompany the Chief Operations Manager to landscaping job sites
- Assist with site inspections and project follow-ups
- Visit clients and support customer relationship management
- Coordinate operational activities between field crews and office
- Perform administrative and office duties, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Support project organization and daily operations planning
- Ensure company standards for quality, safety, and service are maintained
Qualifications & Requirements- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License (required)
- 3–5 years of experience in the landscaping industry
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to work both in an office environment and outdoors at job sites
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Professional attitude and strong client service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
