About Ry's & ShineRy's & Shine is a Winnipeg-based, all natural residential and commercial cleaning company. We've been building this for nearly two years and we're just getting started. We use non-toxic, eco friendly products exclusively, we're fully insured and bonded, and we pay our team exceptionally well - better than anyone else in this market. Everyone currently on staff has been with us for at least a year. That's not an accident. It's the result of building something people actually want to be part of.
We're also launching Norah in May 2025, a luxurious non-toxic home cleaning product line. Glass bottles, aluminum tubes, formulas that smell incredible and actually work. You're joining at exactly the right time.
The RoleThis is a right-hand role. You'll work closely with Ryann - the founder, to keep the business running smoothly while she focuses on growing it. You'll represent this brand every time you pick up the phone, send a message, or post on Instagram. This role starts part-time with a real path to full-time as the business scales.
What You'll Own- Scheduling and invoicing - bookings, calendar coordination, invoices out on time
- Lead and inquiry calls - first voice a potential client hears; you convert with care, not pressure
- Staffing and HR support - hiring support, onboarding, keeping team communication warm and organized
- Social media and content - consistent, on-brand presence across Instagram and Facebook
- Client relations - every client feels genuinely taken care of, every time
- Personal assistant support - Ryann's calendar, meeting prep, travel coordination
What We're Looking For- You care about non-toxic living - not because it's trendy, but because it actually matters to you
- You're a self-starter who doesn't need to be told what to do twice
- You communicate exceptionally well - in writing, on the phone, and in person
- You're warm, professional, and people genuinely like talking to you
- You're organized in a way that feels natural, not forced
- You're excited about being part of something growing and want your fingerprints on it
- You have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Experience in a small business, ops, admin, or customer-facing role is a bonus — but not a requirement if you're the right person
The Details- Part-time, 15–20 hours per week
- $20/hour to start
- Hybrid - some in person, some remote
- Car required
- Start date: July 2025 (earlier if good fit)
- Real path to full-time as the business grows
