Position OverviewGOSAVI is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations & Finance Coordinator to support daily business operations across accounting, order processing, and administrative functions.
This role is best suited for someone early in their career who is comfortable working with numbers, systems, and processes, and who can support multiple internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics).
The position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of:
- Sales orders and purchase orders
- Invoicing and financial transactions
- Vendor coordination and logistics tracking
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Administration- Process vendor bills and customer invoices
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records in accounting systems
Order & Operations Support- Create and manage Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
- Track ETAs, shipments, and RMAs
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on order status
- Ensure data accuracy across systems and documentation
Logistics Coordination- Coordinate shipping requirements and delivery timelines
- Communicate with operations and logistics teams
- Support project-related order tracking
Administrative Support- Support day-to-day office operations
- Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams
- Assist with maintaining price lists, promotions, and deal registration
- Provide backup support to the Customer Experience function when required
Qualifications & Skills- 1–3 years experience in administration, accounting, or a similar role
- Post-secondary education in business administration, accounting, or related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems (Zoho Books or similar is an asset)
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
