H2GO Mobile Wash is growing fast and looking for a high-performing Operations Manager to own and lead the next chapter of our company’s operations.
We are an established premium service company specializing in commercial, industrial, fleet, municipal, and residential exterior cleaning and restoration services. We need a strong operator who can bring structure, accountability, leadership, and execution to a fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in service businesses where scheduling, people management, customer satisfaction, and efficiency matter every day. This is not a desk-only position, you will be actively involved in field operations and team leadership.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Own day-to-day field operations and ensure jobs are executed efficiently and to standard
- Manage scheduling of crews, trucks, equipment, and routes
- Lead technicians and field supervisors with accountability and professionalism
- Improve systems, processes, and overall operational efficiency
- Maintain high customer service standards and job quality
- Monitor labour hours, productivity, margins, and key operational KPIs
- Coordinate with sales, estimating, and office administration
- Recruit, train, and retain strong team members
- Handle issues quickly, proactively, and professionally
- Build a culture of urgency, accountability, and excellence
What We’re Looking For- 5 to 7+ years management experience in a service-based business
- Proven success owning operations, managing teams, and driving results
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to earn respect and hold people accountable
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments with changing priorities
- Strong communicator with staff, customers, and ownership
- Experience in trades, construction, logistics, cleaning, landscaping, fleet services, or similar industries is a major asset
- Strong understanding of labour costs, efficiency, and profitability
- A problem-solver who takes ownership and gets things done
Compensation- $80,000 Base Salary
- Performance bonuses tied to operational results (efficiency, team performance, and profitability)
