Support day-to-day inventory, purchasing, logistics, and order execution for a product-based business in Woodbridge, Ontario. The role coordinates shipments and fulfilment across multiple warehouse locations and leads an operations and customer service team.

Responsibilities

• Direct inventory planning and replenishment across warehouse sites.
• Generate and manage purchase orders using demand patterns, forecasts, and replenishment needs; follow up on open orders and incoming shipments.
• Coordinate domestic and international freight with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs partners, and warehouses.
• Monitor inbound deliveries and resolve delays, shortages, damaged freight, and order discrepancies.
• Oversee order processing through final delivery, ensuring accurate and timely shipments.
• Manage returns, warranty matters, product replacements, credits, and service escalations.
• Review inventory performance and identify opportunities to improve stock levels, warehouse flow, freight spending, and fulfilment efficiency.
• Improve workflows, documentation, and reporting across purchasing, inventory control, logistics, and customer service.
• Establish and track operational measures for stock accuracy, shipping, freight, returns, and service quality.
• Lead, coach, and develop the operations and customer service team.
