About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to lead and support implementation initiatives across multiple HCM modules. This role will focus on end-to-end delivery, including requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, integrations, and post-go-live support.
The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) and a deep understanding of HR processes, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Configuration- Lead implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including: Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Payroll, Performance, Recruiting, and Onboarding
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Configure Oracle HCM applications aligned with best practices and compliance requirements
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to support solution design and adoption
Data Migration & Integration- Support data migration using tools such as HDL, HSDL, and Spreadsheet Loader
- Collaborate with integration teams on REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations
- Ensure seamless data flow between Oracle HCM and external systems (payroll, benefits, etc.)
Testing & Deployment- Develop and execute test plans, UAT scenarios, and validation processes
- Identify and resolve system or configuration issues prior to go-live
- Support deployment and transition to post-production support teams
Reporting & Analytics- Develop reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI
- Support HR analytics initiatives and automate reporting for key metrics
Post-Go-Live Support- Conduct post-implementation reviews and provide ongoing functional support
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance
Required Skills & Experience- 3–7+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant or HRIS professional
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
- Experience with full lifecycle implementations (design go-live)
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices
- Experience with:
- Data migration tools (HDL, HSDL)
- Reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI)
- Integration concepts (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have- Experience with additional Oracle modules such as:
- Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC)
- Oracle Payroll Cloud
- Oracle Benefits Cloud
- Oracle Absence Management
- Familiarity with Fast Formulas
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- Oracle HCM certifications such as:
- Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Certified
- Oracle Talent Management Cloud Certified
- Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist
