Business Analyst Role and responsibilitiesCBAP certification and Public Sector industry experience is highly preferred
The Consultant must possess the following:- A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst working within a complex environment;
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM, such as Oracles Sales and Service, MS D365, Salesforce, HubSpot etc.) Oracle Sales and Service Fusion Cloud is preferred;
- Experience gathering CRM requirements, at a minimum: contact, account, case, service request and work order;
- A strong business background or a solid understanding of information technology with a relevant degree in business or IT;
- A demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, establish priorities, and meet tight deadlines;
- Experience working in an Agile-Iterative environment following an Agile-Iterative Methodology;
- Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts in a team environment;
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
Pay: From $55.00 per hour
Education:- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:- Business/System Analysis and Quality Assurance: 10 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:- CBAP or PMI-PBA (preferred)
