We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Desk / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service through various communication channels.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Process customer orders accurately and effeciently.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications- Must be fluent in English, both verbal and written. French is an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational and math skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related roles preferred.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable using computers and order management systems (NAV experience is a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
