We are a family owned and operated company and we are looking to add a Part time Administrative/Dispatch Assistant to the team. If you are a dynamic individual with a great work ethic, take pride in your work and flourish at building relationships with customers and fellow employees this may be the position for you.
Your schedule would be Monday to Friday with a flexible start time each day. You would be completing tasks such as QuickBooks invoicing, billing, filing, answering phones, monitoring emails, Accounts Payable/Receivable along with filling in for dispatch when needed. We are a small office so the right fit is important. We are located in Winterburn area so you must have your own transportation.
This is perfect position for someone that needs to be home in morning and late afternoon for family but there will be the potential to move into fulltime for the right individual. There will be days when 8 hours is required due to management being away but most days will be 4-6 hours long.
Please provide a cover letter with your resume outlining your previous experience working in an office environment and what computer programs you have previously worked with. Working knowledge of the trucking and transportation industry is an asset.
