Hours: Evening and Weekend Shifts Available

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable team member to join our pizza restaurant. This position is responsible for answering phones, taking customer orders, assisting delivery drivers, and helping ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately
• Enter orders into the computer system
• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Coordinate with SkipTheDishes, DoorDash, and delivery drivers
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Help keep the front counter and work area clean and organized
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Strong English speaking and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning restaurant software
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred Qualifications

• Students are welcome to apply
• Previous customer service, retail, or restaurant experience is an asset
• Experience with phone sales or order-taking is an asset
