Job Title: Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
Location: Vaughan, Ontario (In-Person)
Schedule: 2–3 days per week (16–24 hours total)

About Us:We are a fast-growing catering company looking to scale our online presence and lead generation. We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can take full ownership of our paid advertising and digital performance.
Position Overview:This is a hands-on role for someone with proven results in running and optimizing paid ad campaigns. You will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and improving performance across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, while also supporting SEO efforts. This role requires someone who understands data, can make decisions independently, and is focused on measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, lead generation, and ROI
- Track and analyze performance using analytics tools
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve ad performance
- Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking (pixels, tags, etc.)
- Support SEO strategy for Google Search and Google Maps rankings
- Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies
- Provide regular performance reports and insights
Requirements:- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Demonstrated track record of results (must provide examples)
- Strong understanding of analytics, tracking, and performance metrics
- Experience with SEO (Google Search and Google Maps)
- Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Strong attention to detail and accountability for results
- Must have prior work experience in digital marketing
Interview Process:Candidates will be required to:
- Demonstrate knowledge of ad platforms and campaign strategy
- Walk through previous campaigns and results
- Complete a short assessment on analytics and optimization
