We are an established brand in Vancouver since 2015. Now It is an event studio in Richmond looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to help grow our small wedding venue rentals and faux floral rental services in the Vancouver market.
What You’ll Do- Create and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook
- Help promote our venue rental and faux flower rental services
- Write simple and engaging marketing captions in English
- Edit photos and short videos for social media
- Assist with Google Business Profile updates and online visibility
- Research local wedding and event trends
- Help generate inquiries and bookings
What We’re Looking For- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with Instagram / Facebook marketing
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut or similar)
- Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Interest in weddings, events, lifestyle, or hospitality is a plus
Bonus Skills- Experience running Meta Ads
- Photography / short-form video skills
- SEO or Google Business knowledge
- Wedding or event industry background
