Expected hours: 20-25 hours per week
Anticipated Shift: 12:00pm-6:00pm, 4 days a week
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour to start, $23.00 per hour after a 3-month probation
Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent, could lead to Full-Time
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls in a professional, polite, and cheerful manner.
- Dispatch calls and update dispatch software.
- Welcome clients and visitors, providing a warm and hospitable environment.
- Data entry and filing.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Office Administrator.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in various general office administrative roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and ability to learn new software systems.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is preferred.
- Familiarity with Tow Book an asset.
- Must be able to take direction.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
