We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to support a fast-paced real estate brand in Ottawa.
This role is for someone who can execute at a high level, think visually, and operate within structured systems — not someone who needs constant direction.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Designing high-quality, on-brand graphics (Canva)
- Creating:
- Just Listed posts
- Just Sold posts
- Lead magnet carousels
- Ottawa lifestyle + real estate content
- Developing Instagram stories and reels
- Editing content (graphics + video)
- Scheduling content using structured systems
- Managing content workflows inside Notion + Planable
Bonus (Growth Opportunity → Full-Time)If you also have experience with:
- Shooting professional photo + video content of homes
- Capturing listing footage / lifestyle content
- Directing and filming on-site
This role can evolve into a full-time position immediately
Who This Is For- 3–5+ years experience in social media + design
- Strong eye for clean, modern, elevated branding
- Highly organized and comfortable working inside systems
- Able to take direction and execute quickly
- Understands how to create content that looks good and performs
