About the JobDixie Ford is seeking a Parts Driver with a positive, reliable, and professional attitude. The Parts Driver is responsible for delivering the correct parts to customers and vendors, ensuring expectations and promised times are met while following all regulations under the Ontario Transportation Act. This role is an important part of representing the dealership and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Position Objective- Delivering items ensuring efficiency in time and cost
- Pick parts according to invoice
- Maintain run sheets
- Provides excellent customer service by listening, asking questions
- Maintains positive working relationships with all co-workers, and vendors
- Maintains a clean and professional environment
- Attends training programs to gain required skills or certifications
- Observes all relevant health and safety procedures
- Performs other required duties as required by department managers
- Assists in annual physical inventory
- Responsible for liaising with suppliers/sub-contractors as and when required.
- To identify, separate and report on any non-conforming product/service as per procedure for this activity.
- Maintain and control credit books
- Receive returns from wholesale customers ensuring accuracy
- Ensure that the correct funds are collected and receipted
- Responsible for adhering to all Procedures and Training established within the Quality Management System as they apply to specific activities, processes and tasks
Qualifications- Valid "G" Ontario driver’s licence with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Grade 12 or equivalent work experience
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Previous parts or dealership experience is an asset
