Job OverviewOxford Hydraulics Centre Inc. is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts department. This role is responsible for managing inventory, supporting customers and technicians, outside sales and leading a small parts team in a fast‑paced hydraulic service environment. Key Responsibilities- Manage purchasing, inventory levels, and vendor relationships
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Assist customers in selecting the correct parts and solutions
- Provide technical guidance on hydraulic parts (training available where needed)
- Resolve customer questions or concerns professionally
- Lead, train, and support parts department staff
- Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage
- Prepare basic inventory and sales reports
- Work closely with service and office teams to support daily operations
Qualifications & Skills- Experience in parts sales and inventory management
- Knowledge of hydraulic parts and systems (strong asset)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Comfortable with computers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 43.75 per week
