Job Title: PEGA Developer with Kubernetes

Location: Toronto, ON (4x onsite a week)

Employment Type: Contract

Pay Rate: CAD$55 - $60/HR INC

We are seeking a seasoned Senior PEGA Developer with deep expertise in building scalable PEGA solutions and deploy them to Kubernetes containers. This role demands strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and a track record of delivering high-impact applications across insurance business functions.

• Design and implement PEGA applications aligned with insurance business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Ensure adherence to PEGA best practices, including guardrails and performance standards.
• Lead development efforts, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members.

• 8 to 10 years of PEGA development experience.
• PEGA CSSA certification required; LSA preferred.
• Strong understanding of PEGA architecture, case management, and integration.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver in Agile environments.
• Insurance domain experience is highly desirable.
