EY Canada is seeking an experienced Senior Manager in Learning Services within People Consulting, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering large-scale, transformation-driven learning and change initiatives for leading organizations. You will combine deep expertise in enterprise learning solutions with change management and people consulting capabilities, supporting complex system, process, and operating model transformations.
You will work closely with senior client leadership, EY engagement teams, and global delivery resources to design and deliver high-impact learning, training, and change strategies that enable adoption, build capability, and drive sustainable business outcomes.
The Role & ResponsibilitiesLearning Strategy & Delivery Leadership- Act as the accountable learning delivery lead, overseeing and directing teams of instructional designers and training content developers (onshore, offshore, and third party resources) to design and build training solutions that meet client business, transformation, and adoption objectives.
- Lead end-to-end learning strategy, design, and execution for large-scale system and process-based transformations (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle / PeopleSoft, Guidewire, Microsoft D365).
- Provide overall quality assurance and governance for training content development, ensuring alignment with approved learning strategies, instructional design standards, client requirements, and EY quality expectations.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in instructional design methodologies and learning technologies, with the ability to confidently guide teams in the effective application of design principles, tools, and formats to create engaging, scalable, and learner‑centric training solutions.
- Lead learning development teams within fast‑paced, complex transformation programs, adapting delivery approaches to agile and iterative development cycles while maintaining quality, consistency, and alignment with broader change and transformation goals.
- Ensure integration between learning, change management, and transformation workstreams, aligning training content with communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
- Provide strategic direction and hands‑on leadership to resolve delivery challenges, manage competing priorities, and ensure timely execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Change Management & People Consulting- Design and deliver holistic change management and training strategies across a range of transformation contexts, including operating model design, organization design, culture transformation, and strategic workforce initiatives.
- Partner with senior client leadership to create alignment, sponsorship, and readiness for change.
- Develop integrated change approaches that clearly articulate how change will be managed, adopted, and sustained throughout the transformation lifecycle.
- Identify and deploy leading-edge communication, learning, and stakeholder engagement tools to support agile and iterative transformation programs.
- Apply deep understanding of complex change concepts to deliver programs that enable behavioral and capability shifts.
