We are seeking a People Manager to join our Canada team based in Toronto on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will play a critical role in delivering and embedding the Group People Strategy across the Canadian market, acting as a trusted partner to leaders and clinic teams and driving both operational excellence and a high-performance culture. Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 CAD + 10% bonus, depending on experience.

How You’ll Make an Impact- Act as the primary People partner for the Canadian market, supporting leaders and clinic teams and acting as a trusted advisor to the Head of Sales and Operations, MD Canada and Chief People Officer
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, WHS requirements, and risk management frameworks across the Canadian region
- Manage clinic team payroll and oversee relationships with third-party payroll providers, as well as administer the employee benefits program.
- Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters including performance, misconduct, grievances, and workplace investigations
- Drive recruitment activity across Canada, ensuring high-quality hiring outcomes and alignment to workforce needs and growth plans
- Support the execution of organisational design, change management, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across clinic networks, support office teams, and external HR vendors
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key People metrics including turnover, engagement, productivity, and compliance indicators
- Champion initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, and alignment to Group values across all Canadian clinics
- Partner with the Group People & Capability team to implement global frameworks, policies, and strategic initiatives locally
- Support pay, compliance, and audit activities including reporting and resolution of employment-related issues
