Job SummaryDefinitive! Automotive Detailing is seeking a high-performance Personal Assistant to the Owner — someone who operates with precision, urgency, and accountability.
This is not a standard receptionist role.
This position is for an individual who can step into the operation, identify inefficiencies, and execute solutions without constant oversight. You will be directly supporting the owner in scaling daily operations while ensuring the shop runs at a high level across all touchpoints.

Duties- Extreme organization and attention to detail
- Strong time management and execution speed
- Ability to think independently and solve problems decisively
- Reliability — when something is assigned, it gets done without follow-up
- Professional communication with both clients and staff
- Comfort handling a wide variety of tasks — no task is “too small”
- A proactive mindset — you fix problems before they’re brought to you
Experience- Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred, ideally within an office setting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and DocuSign is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules using Microsoft Outlook Calendar or similar tools
- Previous office experience including front desk responsibilities is a plus

CompensationWe are looking to build a long-term position with growth, stability, and performance-based upside.
Base Pay Options:- $15-18/hour 1st month (based on experience and capability)
