Job SummaryWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide essential support to individuals in their daily routines. This role involves assisting clients with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily activities to promote independence and improve quality of life. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, reliable, and committed to delivering respectful and personalized care in a home or facility setting.
Duties- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients with morning and evening walks
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed
- Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior to supervisors or healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Assist with all the tasks as requested by the client.
Qualifications- Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and respect
- Prior experience in personal care or healthcare is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility tasks
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are a plus but not mandatory
- Must pass background checks and adhere to all safety regulations
