Duties

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Administer medications following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
• Support clients with personal hygiene and cleanliness to maintain a hygienic living environment
• Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental well-being
• Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces
• Support clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment when necessary
• Follow care plans meticulously to ensure all client needs are met effectively

Skills

• Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home environments, or home care is preferred
• Knowledge of senior care practices, dementia care, and medication administration
• Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation efficiently
• Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail in all aspects of caregiving duties
• Flexibility to adapt to changing care needs and schedules
