Duties- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in the kitchen environment.
Requirements- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred.
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal preparation.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Applicants with a valid driver's licence and own vehicle will be preferred.
