HMB Plumbing and Mechanical Ltd. is hiring an experienced plumber for high rise condo service work. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairs, and mechanical room work in occupied buildings.
What You’ll Do- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in suites and common areas
- Service piping, drainage, valves, and fixtures
- Work in mechanical rooms and risers
- Communicate with property management and residents
What We’re Looking For- Experience with high rise/condo plumbing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and service skills
- Valid G license with clean abstract
- Reliable and able to work independently
