The OpportunityWe're hiring a Power Platform Specialist / App Maker to design and build low-code solutions that drive efficiency, insight, and collaboration across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You’ll work with clients to understand pain points and deliver custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
This role is ideal for a maker who enjoys solving real problems, rapidly iterating, and creating solutions that stick—whether as part of a small project team or leading an initiative end-to-end.
What You’ll DoDesign & Build Power Platform Solutions- Create model-driven and canvas apps using Power Apps, tailored to specific business needs.
- Build advanced workflows and RPA-like automations using Power Automate.
- Configure and manage data structures in Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, or SQL for back-end logic.
- Design dashboards and reports in Power BI for data visualization and decision-making.
Consulting & Solutioning- Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, wireframes, or prototypes.
- Guide clients in identifying opportunities for automation, digitization, and productivity improvement.
- Document solutions with clear specifications, support materials, and governance considerations.
Integration & Innovation- Connect Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint), Dynamics, and third-party systems via connectors or APIs.
- Explore Copilot and AI Builder capabilities to enhance forms, workflows, and user experiences.
- Help clients prepare their environments for scaling Power Platform solutions, with an eye toward governance and supportability.
What You Bring- 3+ years of hands-on experience building solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Dataverse, and the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Understanding of solution lifecycle best practices (e.g., ALM for Power Platform, environment strategies).
- Experience creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces and working with components and expressions.
- Familiarity with Power Platform licensing models, security roles, and permissions.
- Bonus: Experience with Power Pages, AI Builder, Azure Logic Apps, or custom connectors.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot extensibility, prompt design, or Microsoft Graph.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and client-facing communication skills.
